This week Tim is sharing his after dinner snack! It is a quick protein pudding that can be put together in no time. Although it is a great post work out alternative it can also be eaten right before you head to sleep! And it may even help satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthier way!    


Ingredients:1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) 2 tablespoons of hydrolyzed collagen (non flavored) 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder 2 tablespoons of coconut oil a few chocolate chips

Directions: Stir all together, then add just enough water to get a pudding type consistency. Place in refrigerator for 30 min. Enjoy! -you do not have to use the collagen, it is just great for your joints, nails, hair etc. -you can substitute with real peanut butter or almond butter, but it will increase the number of calories
